Terms And Conditions

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Few Dayz off, act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather,etc.

FDO further reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotel, if necessary, in similar category as specified at the time of booking of Tour. FDO further undertakes to provide all facilities and/ or inclusions committed to you at the time of booking of the Tour.

In case of a fluctuation of more than Rs 2 (up or down) per USD or EUR, depending of the base price of the itinerary, the client will have to bear the additional cost OR the client will be refunded the foreign exchange gain, as the case may be.

All our tours start and conclude from Indian airports / Hotels / as specified in the final itineraries.

Cancellations Policy / Refunds

1.In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.

2.All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

3.If for any unforeseen reason, the trip gets cancelled by FDO, complete refund would be made after minimum deductions based on monies spent.

4.Refunds (when due) are paid directly into a bank account by FDO and take 30 days to process.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Once a tour has been booked, should you wish to change your option from one FDO tour to another, We will do our best to meet your wishes. Any such change of FDO Tour would be construed as cancellation of the former FDO Tour and the following cancellation policy will apply.

After making payment for any trip, in the event that you change your mind within 48 hours, you will get the full refund except for Rs. 3000 towards administrative charges.

The cancellation schedule is detailed below:
Cancellation after confirmation with payment anytime before 40 days of the commencement of tour: 10% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost.
Cancelling the tour 39 to 25 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of undiscounted tour cost
Cancelling 24-15 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the undiscounted tour cost
Cancelling 14-10 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the undiscounted tour cost.
Cancelling before 09 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour.

Payment policy

1. Overseas advance payment can be made through wire transfer to our bank.
2. An advance payment of 25% is to be paid for booking the tour.
3. The balance payment must be done by the due date assigned.
4. FDO reserves the right to ask for an administrative fee of Rs 3000 to be charged to initiate the tailouring of the tour. This will be adjusted when you pay the final balance amount for the said tour.
